We care about you. The development of the people who matter to your business matters to us too, which is why we offer your staff the language training they actually need under a corporate programme. We work with organisations that have an international outlook, or that simply need a foreign language in their business relations: we take on the language training of the relevant departments and raise employees' proficiency through general and special-purpose classes.

What is a language X-ray?

With the CEFR-based Panoramic Placement Test we measure each employee's proficiency individually, then combine the results by department and report your organisation's language map. The proficiency chart drawn up for the whole organisation is what we call the “language X-ray”: it shows clearly which unit stands at which level and where training should begin.

Our teachers

Success in learning a foreign language depends largely on the teacher's personality and qualifications. That is why we select and train our teaching staff with care.

Our teachers hold an English-based degree, a teaching certificate in the field, or at least one of TESOL, TEFL, TESL, ESL, ELTIS, CELTA or DELTA. Through advanced training seminars and workshops held throughout the year, we bring the most up-to-date language learning techniques into corporate classes.

How we work with your organisation

   Needs meeting

   Together we identify which departments need training, in which language and for what purpose, general or work-focused.

   Placement

   Participants take the Panoramic Placement Test; on request we draw up the departmental language map or an organisation-wide language X-ray.

   Programme design

   We form private classes of 1–3 or in-house groups by level and plan in-person or online lessons around your working hours.

   Training and follow-up

   Lessons begin with our hand-picked teachers; placement can be repeated to see how far the group has come.

Once you share these, we can go one of two ways: either we help you identify, from the applications you have already received, the candidate whose language skills are up to standard and who fits your conditions; or we post the vacancy on the terms you set and forward the candidates we consider suitable, CVs included, to your HR department.
